I've got a suggestion for all those who haven't received sms yet. Just identify the date of personality test in your PNR&SC and reach there on time. They don't ask you whether you've received sms or not. You can go in and also negotiate if they say you are intelligible for whatever reason.

General requirement is to have post qualification experience. But if you have relevant experience even before the degree, you can try your luck by convincing them based on actual situation. But for that you need to visit the PNR&SC whether or not receive the sms.

those students who got call for the psychological and further tests- did they appear for SSC lateral? Tests held this month on 9th, 10th, and 11th october at different centres?

Strange... I qualified the test too. I got Phd in Management from UK along with MSc in Management from UK too and I was not shortlisted???? then that mean I must had a tough competition with those who definitely got post docs...????

In my opinion, you should contact them to trace your case and provide you the exact reason for not being shortlisted.
