Default PEC number requirement ?
Is PEC number compulsory for all these jobs before closing date ?
If I get my PEC before interview ,will I be eligible or not ?
It will take 3 to 4 months for PEC registration

I think PEC number has nothing to do with your eligibility other than the posts for engineers. For AD, FIA only degree is required.
