Angry

I just called FPSC headquarters. They have made it clear that only Masters are eligible, 16 year graduates are not eligible. The person says that FPSC would have mentioned the words " Masters or equivalent" instead of just "Masters" if 16 year grads were eligible. My point exactly.

So it's clear that grad Engineers, LLB, BBA etc. are not eligible. On the other, people with easy and useless degrees obtained privately like MA Urdu, MA Islamiyat and MA Punjabi are eligible.

Dear FPSC will not decide one is having master degree or not it is HEC who will decide and HEC notification clearly says that 4 years graduation should be considered as master degree for employment purpose.

Folks having old standard masters degree are trying to keep good number of candidates away from competition. Apply with confidence. If fpsc raises issue for instance after test, only a single court facing will eligible all candidates through a petition. Fpsc itself gives opportunity to appeal before final rejection. Equivalence is documented settlement. Don't worry.
