Have a look at the AD IB ad of Feb 2015 ...

Case No.F.4-26/2015-R (3/2015). THIRTY ASSISTANT DIRECTORS (BS-17 PLUS 20% SPECIAL PAY AS PER GOVERNMENT POLICY), PERMANENT, IN A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Second Class or Grade‘C’ Master’s Degree or equivalent.

In FIA ad, the words "or equivalent" are missing. So it's obvious that only Masters are eligible, 16 year graduates are not eligible.

No post for Baluchistan in Inspector FIA and AD FIA; still they say no discrimination with Baluchistan. Did Baluchistan not deserve any seat in FIA.

As per HEC notice 16 years education is equivalent to Masters for employment.

I have completed LLB. LLB holders are not eligible for this post because LLB is Bachelor Degree(Bachelor of Laws), however, LLM holders can apply.

I have heard that the seats for 17 Scale are sold out, specially the seats of FIA, Custom, Police where one can easily take bribe, and can do even corruption. Since I know this, I lost faith in government jobs, and I don't know to what extent, and to what degree it is true. How do you see it? and please share your honest thoughts.
