yes, Last time it was mandatory to have 5 years experience in the selected field. Let see whats gonna happen this time.

Last time during 2009, the paper was comprising upon 100 MCQs. The MCQs were related to following fields:

- Islamic Studies
- English

If the same pattern is adopted this time. Purchase any General Aptitude books of good reputed publisher e.g. Carvan, Advance, Jahangir etc

Five years experience shows the incompetency of FIA to train fresh candidates in field of investigation. same old nefarious and corrupt government servants would again cling to these posts leaving competency and accountability far beyond.
If NAB can train and recruit fresh blood, why can't FIA, I believe FIA is more important federal organization with abundant multidimensional responsibilities than NAB.

Qualification/Experience required: Second Class or Grade C Bachelor Degree.

EXPERIENCE: Five years experience in BS/Grade-11 or equivalent for Government servants or employees of Government controlled organizations in the following fields: (1) Police, (2) Accounts, (3) Central Revenue, Collecting Agencies, (4) Engineering, (5) Telegraphs and Telephones Engineering, (6) Telegraphs and Telephones Traffic, (7) Railways, (8) Railways Engineering, (9) Commerce and Trade, (10) Economics, (11) Scientific and Technical Personnel, (12) Government Controlled Corporations/ Autonomous and Semi-Autonomous Bodies, (13) Postal, (14) Banking, (15) Insurance, (16) Armed Forces (Technical Personnel).
