There is no single source to get prepared for these type of tests. however you can get detailed over view by THIS post of mine and the post # 18 by Sabir bhai, on the same page.

Now regarding minimum marks to qualify, My observations are HERE

After clearing the exam for the said post twice, I would like to suggest the following to all the new aspirants.

1. Read a good English newspaper daily. It helps in several ways.
2. Thoroughly solve and go through all the MCQs in past CSS/PMS exams.
3. Appear in as many exams as possible. You will learn that almost all exams are similar in nature.
4. Learn Basic Maths.
5. Always manage your time during the paper.
6. Select your option carefully.
7. Revise what ever you have prepared for the exam.

Importantly, always pass on what you have learnt. Don't be selfish and mean. If something is meant for you, it WILL BE yours. Else, nothing will make it for you.

P.S: Never underestimate the power of PRAYERS. remember the undersigned in your prayers as well.

Regards.
