that depends upon the policy as per ESR(employees service rule book) of that organization if the employee can resign with a prior notice of 15 to 30 days then there is no harm in not mentioning the fact mentioned above however this is valid only for new appointees as they dnt possess any experience.As far as experienced personnel are concerned they must apply through proper channel to add their service in the later organization!!!

Well through proper channel application will make you eligible to gain previous benefits and it will ensure that once you selected you'll be relieved from your current post may it be contract post or permanent. I would appreciate if seniors could kindly answer two of my qs:

1) From where exactly can I find ' Copy/Detail of publications as prescribed in the Advertisement '. As per the given requirements we need to submit this. Plus do we need to get this attested as well?

2) In the same stream of this thread I read that we can appear for CSS and IB test. There is no as such restriction. But does this test in any way effect our CSS results? As in if one clears CSS written test will he be questioned regarding IB test in his interview. Because this test would appear in our application history -online account - on FPSC website.

I'd be really grateful if someone can please guide me here. This would also help a lot of other CSS aspirants in making their decision. Thanks.

Are you doing MS/M.Phil or Ph.D in any field? Have you any research publication? If not then you need not to worry. Its only for those candidates who are currently or have been associated with research studies and have got research publications. For example I am a researcher and have research publications I can attach if I want, otherwise its not necessary as its not not required for this job of A.D. Its only for the post of ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (FEMALE) (JOURNALISM) as it has also been announced in the same advertisement, hope you got it.

There is no connection of both jobs, every one can attempt for this if he is eligible, just relax. Well they may ask you in the interview that have you taken other tests or not, what was result but its a normal case will not affect your css result in any way. Jobs are to be applied and tests are to be taken by the eligible ones, its your right so avail it confidently.

I have not recieved degree of Bsc (Hons.) yet...But i have transcript and mark sheet which one should be attached as result card mark sheet or transcript..and test decaration date on mark sheet is 23-08-2912 while on transcript it is 24-08-2012..What should be written in application form..plz reply?

Ali brother you have been really helpful..have gone through this thread and found your comments very helpful...one thing more...we also need to submit our experience certificates as per FPSC format...but that is not practically possible...I have experience certificate as per company's format where I had previously worked...will it be ok if I submit that?

You should attach transcript, they'll allow you to sit in the exam and afterwards they'll ask you for the degree so till then you must obtain degree. If you have pass certificate do attach it as well.

Thanks for the appreciation, actually these are simple and common things which are misunderstood by the candidates.

Actually public service commissions do not accept the private companies experience unless they are registered. If you think that your company is registered and your experience is related to the job then you should attach your experience certificate. But if a candidate has taught in private college for 3 years and shows his experience applying for the post of A.D in I.B then surely its a mismatch its of no use.
Moreover this format of experience certificate is for government organizations so you should not worry, attach the certificate issued by your company, thats it.

attach transcript and just right your year exact date is not compulsary what i think :P
