I am half way through the application and have a few questions:
- I just gave my domicile to be made, is it required at the time of applying or can be provided later. - I have worked for more than 3 years now and have had 3 jobs in this period, will I need to submit experience letters on prescribed format as a must. It will be a hell of a job to be able to get these experience letters prepared again. As I have the relevant experience certificates as one gets from a private firm but I highly doubt that they would be good enough to make those for me and provide it to me as a favor. How does one handle such a issue? - The hard copy documents that need to be submitted for example educational documents should be copies attested. I hope HEC attestation is not required for copies of degrees? - Can anyone tell me which form to utilize for payment, also where to deposit payment and how much? |

For posts of BS-17 and above, APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE SUBMITTED ON-LINE. However, in exceptional cases where any serious difficulty is experienced in processing the application on-line, candidates may apply on FPSC Application Forms giving specific reasons why they were unable to apply on-line. Such applications will be accepted subject to the genuineness of the reasons rendered. Applications for such posts submitted through this method without rendering any reason will be liable to rejection. hope its enough. |

-Experience is not required for this post so if you think you can't arrange experience letters within the deadline then submit your form without them. -Not attested by HEC but by gazetted officer i.e. government officers serving in BS-17 or above. P.S. Always remember that if you fail to provide any document with your application, you will be requested to provide it at later stage provided you're short-listed for interview. Don't worry about this issue. |

Please help
Salam.... I have applied online successfuly but when i saw my computer generated form i realized that i have committed some blunder because:
My Masters degree is mentioned there two times in different blocks I had not added any qualification there other then Masters in my online form.... Now please guide me how can i rectify it? If i edit my Fpsc profile and add there my all education details now then will they consider this new one or will it be useless and they will only consider my that profile which was before applying online? Or should i write my education details manually on form with signatures? Or its not an issue not to write all education details on the form because i will attach my all education documents alongwith form...? Please Guide me Seniors...... Waiting... |

Now the solution for your problem is: i) attach the required documents and send it as it is, the form won't get rejected, and: ii) if you're reluctant to follow i) then follow this: Application History -----> View/Print-----> Select the form area from upper left corner where fpsc logo is till bottom right where your address ends --------> copy it and paste it in word file-------> page setup ------> custom margins -------> 0.5' on all sides (the form fits A4 size paper this way) -------> insert rows at the desired location and add the missing data----> take the print out. Newspaper and a good GK book. From that book, read Pak Affairs and Islamiat MCQs thoroughly. For Basic Mathematics consult any 5th or 6th class book. For English potion, go through initial chapters of Wren & Martin. For EDS, objectives from the past papers of CSS are enough if you've a science background. |

These consist of English Current Affairs. Basic Math Islamiat Pak Studies E. D. S As well as preparation for this test is concerned , one should have command over correct use of English language and one should have familiarity with basic vocabulary and correct use of prepositions etc. For Mathmetic one needs to have grip on basic mathematic. The mathematics book of 6th standard of maximum of 8th standard can be extremely helpful in it's preparation. Otherwise , if one not prepares , even then one can solve those using common sense. C. A portion consist of basic G. K or currents national and international happenings in last months. For this portion as well as C. A is concerned , newspaper reading proves instrumental. If one has not been in touch with newspapers during last months , one needs to read the mcqs of national and international portion of Jahangeer World Times of last 4 to 5 months. For G. K portion reading the book by Ahmad Najeeb by Carvan Publishers proves fairly helpful. Islamiat , Pak Studies and E. D. S portion also gets prepared from this very book. Moreover , for these three i.e Islamiat , Pak Studies and E. D. S you can make use of those resources which you used for the preparation of mcqs of these subjects for CSS. The preparation of MCQs portions of past ten years css papers of these three subjects also proves very helpful. My previous experience with this test suggests that one if gives reasonable time to it's preparation, and works in right direction, one can surely excel here. But keep in mind one should have round 90/100 for having one's name in successful ones in written.

How the G.K Portion has to be prepared.
Well! As well as better book for the preparation of Any hundred marks G. K paper is concerned ,
the book by Carvan Publishers by Ahmad Najeeb is far better then any other books available in market . There are certain reasons behind this claim . The biggest reason for its being distinguished from other books is its having equipped with correct info . Almost all the books in market for the preparation of G. K mcqs have the same contents of G. K . But the problem with these books is that they are replete with errors and mistakes . In this way when one prepares from these books , one instead of getting prepared , often gets misguided or gets wrong info . Which eventually proves disastrous in the exams . While this book by Carvan contains very little errors or mistakes as compared to any other book in market . Besides this , it contains all the contents which may be asked in a hundred marks MCQs paper , be that by PPSC or by FPSC . Then there is also Current Affairs potion in this paper of A. D Intelligence Bureau. For the Current Affairs portion of this paper take help from MCQs given on Jahangeer 's World Times Magazine. JWT monthly magazine contains info as well as MCQs based on this info regarding national as well as international important Current Affairs happenings during last month. Besides these one should also remain in touch with Television, Newspaper and social media for keeping oneself abreast of the latest happenings.
