Life after AD-MOD job

I need sincere advice. Kindly do share your point of viiews. Im doing banking job in my home city and now ADMOD is offered with around 20,000 more salary than im getting already. I know there will be power with this new job but I will be cut off from my family, friends and social circle as I have heard about the nature of the job and there will be lots of travelling too. If you were in my position what would be your choice and do this job has more benefits than disadvantages.

Dear checkmated, i think one should not ask such questions. No one can give you a choice that you deserve/ desire. I think salary of AD MOD will be 20,000 less than my current salary and 40,000 less if i include allowances of current job as well(Plus my current job is in my own city). Still i am anxiously waiting for a letter from ISI. Because after all it's all about passion and what you want to do in life. If it's only salary that matters for you, your current job may offer you better annual increments than MOD. If you do not like traveling, staying away, staying cut off, this job is not for you.

Thanks for such a nice and detailed reply Well actually it is not only salary that matters for me what matters for me is the sacrifices I have to make regarding my family life. I am married and having a 1 year old son and a heart patient father only. So, if job nature is really of a nature of staying away from family, longer periods of travelling etc then surely this job is not for me. Another thing is that if I accept the job then there is no way out to leave it atleast before 5 yrs and afterwards that experience will not count for any other job and that means to continue it for lifetime

Dear bank job is nothing, just resign from bank job as soon possible and join prestigious department where everything will available for you and your family

Real Power is with Army, an Army Captain will be your commanding officer, being a civilian ,access to secret files and matters would be denied to you. Your duty will be to collect information regarding the task you are provided. and most of information is collected through telephone (but TA/DA bill zaroor banatay ha)
And yes, it has economic benefits, unlimited budget. A car along with driver with unlimited petrol will be provided, AD is accompanied with 2 or 3 civilian ISI inspectors for the task, they are allowed to keep AK-47 along with them. AD enjoys DDO powers.
Civilians are given menial tasks, like verification of NGO's etc. or eg whenever there is a meeting or conference at any place somewhere in some hotel having foreigner citizens, AD is given task to verify his passport etc. Or he may be ordered to collect a data of terrorist from prison. another important duty of AD is that he make reports regarding security situation and use to send it to respective departments.
AD can easily make 2-3 lacks per month and its halal money 60 thousand is his pay and the rest is an AD was given a task for one week. 8 lacks were allocated to them, they could hardly spend 3 lacks and the rest went in there pocket (after giving share to Audit officer of his department). and yes, TA/DA allowance is highest for this department, once a friend had to travel just to submit some official files, he withdraw 60 thousand TA/DA while his own expenditure was 5 thousand and yes, AD can tape cell phone or collect its records with the consent of his commanding officer which is usually captain or major of ARMY.
Also, AD cannot apprehend anyone, its the ARMY part of ISI who arrest and usually use to hand over the culprit to the police or other law enforcing agencies.
Frankly speaking, its the ARMY guys who are doing the real task, civilian are burden on economy (with no offence please )
So you must join because of its enormous economic boom
