Unhappy Serious guidance required

Helllow to every one, i am having serious issues and i hope the Senior's over here will help me and guide me in a better way.. first read my story
Story starts in 2012, i was strongly recommended for PAF aeronautical, Pak Navy and Pak Army ... i joined PMA kakul and started training, right before 2 months of passing out parade i started having medical issues in my chest and admitted in cmh ABT then MH pindi, i remained there for next 6 months .. in short i was medicaly boarded out from Pak Army on medical grounds of chest, it was not ended there ... after MBO i filled a case against medical board in GHQ that i didnt deserve to be MBO from Army as i was having temporary problem, GHQ called me and offer a job in isi as a inspector according to my qualification, i responded postive and after few months of procedures i have been called for training for 6 months in islamabad then they posted me in field intelligence,
Problem is i am not satisfy with this appointment, its been 6 months i am performing my duties and i am thinking to give resignation... is this a good job? Should i give resignation or not ?? Because some times i feel anxious that this is not the place i deservto be amd in the same time i know this is only last thing i have , even i am not qualified enough for any other pvt jobs..
Please help me and advice me, i am mentally disturbed.
Regards

if you are not satisfied in your current job then you should resign as soon possible, you have gained military experience as well as intelligence experience and this experience will be more helpful to find a civilian jobs.

first of all can you narrate the reasons behind your dissatisfaction with the job may be there is a way to address the issues without resignation.... secondly do tell how much education you have right now? third do mention your financial position and also of your family.....if you want to resign then with Fsc education or even with BA there is no future outside... you will have to study or acquire some degree to rise in pvt sector or even if you want a better position in govt sector for even BS 16 education or degree is compulsory... so if you are stable financially or your family is stable financially in a way that you can complete your education after resignation then go for it resign, get a better degree and many opportunities will come your way... but if the situation is otherwise then do reconsider.

Looks like you have joined just for sake of Job and had no real motivation before joining it. From the tone of your post it looks like your job has serious threats and you are mentally disturbed by it.

My advice is if you are not mentally relaxed you should leave it immediately and after that increase your qualification along with some other job. Then once you have some solid degree look for a stable Job.

You can also try to start a business but also focus on getting a degree along with business.

One other option is that you can continue and try to get yourself transferred to a desk job or instructional role.

Try to consult with your friends and relatives but In the end, it is all your decision.

Thank you for your time brother,
The reason is an inspector has to work with havaldar's of pakistan army who even not qualified intelligence courses, they just come in there for 4 years thats all... you have to live with them you have to work with them ... i cannt digest this, this is the one main issue...
Secondly i always have this feelings that i dont deserve this position..i can work way better then them .. i have good life style to wear to live, you know and in the same time every one getting the same tasks, same targets .. what the fish ..
I just have a BA degree and let me tell you i dont have sound financial background.. i also have to support my family .. this is the main reason iam still sticky here ither wise .. i was gone before

Dear, i have motivation, that is why i went to PMA cleared issb and all that... then joined this services... one can not only be tired because he lack's of motivation but other reasons too... the inspectors have the same role which the army havaldars are doing .. they measure you in the scale with havaldars and even sepoys... you have to work with them, live with them ... this is unfair
And secondly i dont have field job only.. i have desk, i have many other things to do...
No i am not financially stable and can not start business..
My job doesn't have any serious threats... seriously
May be i am not feeling comfortable here because this is my first posting..
But again i say everything is bearable but to work and live with sepoys and havaldars ???? Is this inspector level deserve??
Yeah .. i have a chance if that i can appear of AD but again i have to increase my qualifications and then to pass that tough AD exams and i know i aam not capable enough to pass that exam... yeahh if theey give me chance even 10 times i can recommend the issb I can train people for issb as i have a best technique, and mythology and i taught few of my frnds and they sale through, but that is now useless for me seriously..

Don't leave a job in hand for something that may come..... my suggestion will be keep doing this job, and also keep adding into your educational profile.... once you have graduation or 16 yrs education, apply for other jobs and if you land into something else leave this. Only leave this if you have a confirmed way of livelihood ahead of you, which may be a job, a business initiative, etc.

Dear, the main reason it's getting difficult over there is that you cleared your issb and you were treated like an officer and trained to be an officer in Pak Army so your mindset is that of an officer and because of that you haven't been able to fit into this role. Brother, my advice would be to use the fire in you to achieve better and deserve better... get your educational credentials up.. get 16 years of Education, get some degree. The only way to get out of this ditch is Education. Once you have 16 years of education and a Degree u'll have a lot of options.

Dear Captainx, you said you have a good technique for issb, why is that useless now?
I have seen many people doing this thing beside their main job and earning quite alot with respect. They have some strong links now due to their students in army paf etc
Need to know why is that useless fot you??

Sir, i know people are doing this .. but i cant because i am already serving in LEA and LEA's dont allow people to get training or give training of issb .. secondly in this hectic routine i dont have time...
Plus its useless for me because i cannt appear in issb any more

In your case, you just need 2 more years "just two more years brother!" and applying for private masters is not a big deal. The best option you have is to increase your education, do masters and apply for AD job( because you know it best) or any other job. As far as capabilities are concerned, they are just a frame of mind; you can do anything! Just focus on your goal and aim for it, rest is all secondary.
Sure brother i have decided to enrol my sself for pvt masters in IR .. and in the same tume i will be focusing on AD test preparation
