I think the question was regarding the idea of "punishment " in criminology.
Utilitarian is about good and about its use.So, to understand the "punishment " read the above link.
Utilitarian is completely different than what was asked in exam.

If the option is fly-through air then sentence should be like "hydrofoils fly-through the air employing the same principle that keeps aeroplane in air".

You are right. Flying through is correct. Fly-through is noun. Here we needed verb, but in context it is used in gerund.

If it was not from Germy Bentham's theory, then yours is correct in accordance with crimnology theories of punishment. But if this question is asked in Political Sc portion, then ans must be in accordance with the punishment theory of Germy Bentham.

Hi folks,

After the exam, it's always nice to see the whole stuff of the paper here. Indeed, i also used to participate in last few times, but, yeap! owing to some reasons, i couldn't timely participate this time.

I thank to @greenboat, @shakaar, @amber, & all other members who have successfully portrayed the original paper here & thus enable others to deduce their marks accordingly.

As far as marks are concerned, I am the one who is not much ahead in this regatta.
Reasons:- 1. A ''little time'' was given for this much lengthy screening paper.
2. More ever, a 'High pressure pee' ,which compelled me to must visit the bath amid the exam time, had further shortened the exam-time for me.

My Marks= 125/160 (Baki time katm ho janay ki waja sy teer anda dhund huwa mein shor deye , bas ab allah kre ye sab teek teek apnay nashanay pr lage)

Same is the case here buddy. i left those 7 easy to solve questions mentioned at the end plus the paragraph questions. was hitting my head against the wall of IR and Economics for such a big time in the beginning , made me feel upset and confuse at the end.
