Yes they do....you need atleast 50% marks to pass the test...to be eligible for any quota.

In any case your basic argument about selection on quota system is also wrong as one of the candidates belongs to taxila.Rawalpindi and the other belongs to Rawalpindi city and no I am not talking about their centers I am talking about their domiciles....

If NTS did mistakes, then a few mistakes are enough to destroy the whole project.

OR phr Agr esi kio bat thi....tu paper instructions mein esa kiu na likha ky each portion mein 40% marks lena compulsory hai?Dunya ka kio edaraa bagair instructions ky paper nae leta..... NTS kya asmaan sy utri hai??

NOTE: Please note that merit of each quota is different, and there are 10 quotas i.e. Open Merit, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Sindh (Rural), FATA/GB, Punjab(Including Federal), Sindh (Urban), AJK, Women quota and Minority quota. Therefore please do not compare your score with candidates of other quotas.

Blame game has been started again like every year,just got some cnic's and un ka post-mortem jaari hai. It looks that nts made a mistake this time by announcing the marks, they were better without announcing marks like previous years. I dnt know transparency of nts but i am very sure that nts is not that powerful yet to dodge MOD regarding their results. Person with 87 marks must be selected from some quota.
