Hello. It has been a week since I mailed them and they didn't respond. Despite sending all my documents and application info, I haven't seen any change in my eligibility status. Can anyone guide how I can approach the ministry besides emailing them.

P.S. I already anticipated I wouldn't receive any reply from them

it is happening with everyone, there is some sort of issue with the website. once it showed the eligibility status, the website allowed aspirants to fix their issues if they had any, after that 'record not found' became the response from the server. Now it has been fixed, try with your mobile number without 0

Again, record not found. Earlier, during the application process, my status was showing that I am provisionally eligible on the basis of my qualification, but since 23 march, when the registration procedure was closed, it is showing record not found. I think there is some kind of a technical glitch from their end. I sent them all my documents and details and even after 10 days have lapsed, no response received from them. I am clueless what I should do at this stage.
