Physical of AD is very simple and soft as compared to inspectors and dads.

Training of ADs is of 8 weeks, while that of Inspectors and Dy. ADs is of 24 weeks.

Those having no sports background do find the physical portion tough, but it is eventually doable, and what counts the most in the final result is your performance in theoretical portion. I, having led a sedentary lifestyle, was the weakest trainee of my batch in the physical part (esp. drill and running), but still rank higher in seniority than most of my batch mates because of better performance in the theory paper.

@ new-horizons.
Miss how did u know about your seniority?
As I have completed my training and still do not know my seniority.
According to my info seniority will be known only when force number is alloted. Which will be done when I will report to my station.
And if im not wrong you are still under training?
Because the only inspector girl of OBASC-13 went on leave and then joined OBASC-15 which is still undertraining?

Oh you're talking about Sidra I guess, she didn't belong to my case, she came when we were about to pass out, and then went on leave. As for me, I completed the whole training in Obasc 13, we passed out on 10th August, and I joined the Lahore Airport on 31st August. Force numbers have been issued just a few weeks ago, and I was astonished to find out that I am senior than most of my batchmates lol, despite being the weakest in drill, running etc. Are you Ghazanfar Ali's batchmate? he was my batchmate in obasc 13 too. Where have you guys been posted?

Ooppsss soorrrryy my mistake.
Actually I saw snaps of your batch and there were two girls present in oath taking cermoney. while you mentioned somewhere that you were the only girl of your batch that's why I got confused.
Yeh im batchmate of ghazanfer.
As for posting is concerned it was nightmare for most of us- specialy for inspectors.
From inspectors 04 were posted to quetta, 02 to peshawer, 02 to fsd and 01 in karachi.
I was lucky enough to get faisalabad station.
while all dy.ads were posted to karachi except one who belong to karachi and was posted to lahore.
Anyhow most importantly many many congrates of having a pleasent surpise regarding senority.
Had u appeared in last test of dy.ad??

Well I was talking strictly about case no. F4 40 2011/R, in which I was selected as the only female from all over the country. However OBASC 13 combined a few other cases with our case, as a result of which another female on AJK seat, was also included in our batch, so there were two of us in the course.

First postings are always unexpected. You need a source to get your desired place of posting. In our batch, only the females were posted to their home stations, the rest were sent to far off places.

I did apply for the post of Dy. AD, but couldn't take the test due to some personal problems.
