But it defies common sense as in my post u have replied that documents are completed before interview but in Asim Abbasi's post you are talking about shortlisted candidates.Now the million dollar question is : if shortlisted candidates are being asked individually about documents then what is the raison dêtre of announcing results as in results candidates are asked about missing or appropriate documents.Why doesn't FPSC call candidates for the interview directly ? Any appropriate answer to my query please.

Now answer to your question, I think its necessary that you should call a desrving candidates who fullfills all the requirment; if anyone lacks in physical fittness then next in merit should be called for interview. Lets suppose you call a candidate for interview and on the day of interview you come to know that he is not eligible so what will you do now?? If interview of remaining candidates is conducted then I think it would not be fair for next in merit candidate who desrved for interview call but was not called only because you called a candidate who lacked in physical standards. Merit demands fair chance for everyone so I thnik its necessary that before calling any candidates, make sure that he is eligble. Ammar bhai is experienced member of cssforum as well as of Airports Security Force.FPSC contacted only to those eligible candidates for physical fitness certificate who did not submit the said certificate in november. Inshallah in next five days FPSC can upload list of pre selected candidates for case no. 158/2012 and 163/2012. Congratulation to FPSC contacted candidates in advance.

Documents debate
As per my information and analysis....defence jobs of uniform nature demand physical standards to be followed strictly. They give every possible chance to prove your suitability because its matter of somebody's failure otherwise. They are least concerned with cabability rather they focus on suitability that is dire need of forces job. Here...the delay is due to different nature of case. Same is practiced even for Bs-17 & above if its required by the dept.
