plz guide me that master degree holder in any subject can apply? i couldn't understand the qualification condition:ba/b.sc/b.com/master or higher degree in the subjects of economics,political science.international relations

i did bachelor in commerce and master in history. can i apply on the basis of master or not?
because i am unable to understand the condition:ba/b.com/b.sc/master or higher degree in economics.political science ets.owing to my limited understanding,it means that those have master degree in relevant subjects can apply.is it right or not? i am waiting your kind reply.

on that situation should i apply on the basis of master or b.com? sister maha plz guide me with your guielines

.You can apply on the basis of your bachelor degree.

.Master degree holders of above mentioned specific subjects would be PREFERED in interview, however, you should mention your complete education in your admission form.
