I have done B.A with 2nd division. I studied Political Science in B.A & Economic in F.A. Am I eligible for this very post?

Thanks... Actually for last 1 year, every single person has been telling me that if I got to join IB Assistant Director post, I got to do MA. That's why I wasn't sure about it.
