This waiting for interview is getting so long and boring. First that was end September, then October and now even October is here but still no call letters for A.D interviews.

Perhaps Allah Almighty is giving a second chance to qualifiers like me who haven't prepared even a single topic for the interview till yet.

Default Discripancy letter recived
One of friend recived a letter from R&I branch of FPSC directing him to certify his annex B form DCO or Political Agent of his concerned area with in days othetwise his candidature will be canceled for the exam of CE 2014.
Does it mean he has qualified the written portion?senior please comment

Furthermore he has also qualified Mod tests please proper guidence is required

requirement of documents by FPSC prior to CSS result is not a proof of one's passing the written examination.
