A reliable source told me that the security clearance will be completed till April,,,And the issuance of medical letters to the successful candidates will be made in April so be patient ,,,Hence try to keep yourself busy in your daily routine activities and don't even think about it as it is a lengthy process,,,When you will be selected they will approach you automatically

Nothing before April- this is what I told you people in end December but you never listen!

Whoever was on phone assured me that there is going to be no call before April so I can leave the country and come back by then. Now if they call before April they are so going to pay for my ticket.
Anyhow if they are saying April it could be after April or way after-after April but never before.

How security clearance will be process, means will agency panel will come to our given address for investigation, or security clearance will be process hiddenly?
And when medical letter will be issued? Any idea?

Dear: After final interview there is no any test/interview/formality except requirement of 10-page form which we already have submitted and medical test. But right from your final interview days investigation process starts n this assignment is carried out by nearest ISI circle head (i.e that ISI circle is normally at ur district level if not thn at division level depending upon area's geo-political importance) and special police of your district/division. The person who will b inspecting your where abouts n assets+liabilities (what u own and what u owe)..political back ground.....home police station and nearest court will b of inspector/sub inspector/hawaldar level.

Medical test will b similiar to ISSB/Armed forces medical test. But b sure those who r called for medical test rarely get dropped b/c ISI admn never tries to loose their selected candidates through this extensive process. But any serious deficiency may cause u loose ur job order n in that case the candidates from waiting list are immediately called to fill the gape. Your medical test will be conducted at ISI headquarter at RWP/Hamza Camp.

After medical test u will ve 2 sign a bond n resume ur duties. u will be given 10 to 12 days time to decide n sign the bond to resume duties after clearance of Medical test.

Security clearance process is for every candidate who has been interviewed. After completion of security clearance the most potential candidates will be served with job offer order subject to medical clearance. No separate orders will be dispatched for the successful candidates after medical clearance rather it is a continuous process. Candidates will be required to join and fill bond as soon as the medical clearance is finalized. Candidates on waiting list will not be called for medical clearance in the first phase. If any body declines to join, the candidates from waiting list will be called for medical tests and joining purpose in the order of their merit.

Normally, candidates are not dropped in medical clearance process unless they have any chronic disease. So any person who receives letter for medical test is actually selected one. If any body visited you for security clearance, don’t take it on the face value and don't confuse it with job offer order.

Every candidate is subject to security clearance if you have not experienced this process don’t worry that doesn’t mean that you won’t be accounted for in this process. Each officer has got his own style of verification so there may be the case that your verification process went without your notice or your turn is still in pending process. Some officers contact you directly or interrogate your relatives, friends, neighbors, university mates etc. but there are some officers who can complete this process without direct contact. They have various sources to finalize this process. Each officer has his own pace of working and schedules so timing difference should not be the tension factor for you.

Believe me guys none of you can earn a dime on stage.

The clearance process is as per their discretion. They can adopt any method they deem fit for an individual candidate. Plus there are like 3 agencies carrying out the process separately, so again it varies. MoD personnel usually never come to your given address but will ask around in your neighborhood. Civil law enforcement agencies at times come to your address, again this is rare and I don't see it happening in this case as the sensitive nature of the job here.

On a lighter note- why so concerned, what do you have to hide anyway?

As we were told by some senior members that they visit candidate's residence during security clearance and in some cases officer deployed on security clearance can also speak on phone with candidates, so if they plan to finalize calls for medical tests in April, maybe we'll get some updates here about ongoing security clearance of successful candidates in coming weeks.

Most of selection in AD and above and lower posts are done on chits and person who are already employed there on contract basis . It all fake and eye wash. U all will come to know by yourself that there no Merit . --- Merit is link and safarish and who are already there on contract there or who are their men/women. NTS test is make money and only show to other that fair system is being followed. We have seen person in interview which have FAILED in NTS test but they were there in INTERVIEWS since they were their man/women and advisement and this fake recruitment process is being made to adjust them and to FOOL US that how transparent system is being followed . Soon they all will get selection letters. WE ALL BEING FOOLED BY MOD........ So Final selection is already made before Advertisement . Rest all test/interviews are formalities are to put the dirt in the eyes of common public. We need to challenge this fake recruitment system in Court or write to letter to chief of army staff . You all will come to know after some time there is NO merit in AD and above or lower recruitment system in Ministry of Defence. Only well linked and person already there on contract are selected on regular BPS 17 AD and BPS 18 DD, grade 16 and 14 seats.----------------------- Question here is then why they give advisement and do visit for interview at all over Pakistan only to make allowances and putting dirt in eyes of others, whereas they have selected the person from those, who already working with them on Contract. ????? Soon all will come to know that how fake system is it .

Mr Cowboy, i think you applied from the post as of 14 or 16 BPS and you may in run that why you are saying like it . ------We are mostly talking of BSP 17 AD and 18 DD level, where there are numbers of contract persons appeared for NTS and mostly they were called for interview (shortlisted for next phase) and some of them even did not pass NTS were also seen in interview by many candidates.------ So our point is that mostly 90 % selection will be from those who already working on contract there or has good links there.-------- One is very clear when come out of interview Room, that where he/she stands , as Non Contractual persons were asked very tough and irrelevant Questions , which does match with the job requirement/questions concerning to job applied for --------- Whereas as per most of candidates observed that during Contractual staff’s interviews , they were asked very easy questions and some them were only asked = how are you, = where you live , = what you are your duties here, = did you offered Tea here and other similar questions, which mean interview board had GUP SUP with Contractual persons ---- Most of the time Non contractual staff came out from interview room with long faces and all contractual employ were coming out cheerfully , reason is very clear that as of the selection will be from them and interview board was making understanding with them for their future links-------Anyhow as far as competition for grade 14 and 16 is not very high and MOd has very less contract employ in these scales and very rare applied for these posts therefore NON contractual employ in 14, 16 scales have more chances for selection in MOD jobs since Mod has no other option rather to select from non contract employ like you in such grade. ------------ I am saying openly since we all are very sure and can further proves if need be. ---------Wait for Two months , when you after joining them will understand them and other most of non contractual will understand after their non selection ---- Then they all be talking same after two to three months.

Today a very unusual incident has happened . As I and my friend whose number was mentioned in security clearance forms were taking the CSS paper in examination hall so we we had left our cell phones in car parked in parking lot . He got a call from a number . When we tried to call back on that number , we were not able to make a call on that number as "Disconnected tone" was heard on every attempt . May be it was a unnatural co-incidence but I want to ask did some one else also receive call from some number ? Because I have heard that security clearance would be started soon . . It is a pure random curiosity thing .
