But I am talking on behalf of all those previously rejected candidates due to this quota system. As I don't want seriously I don't want anyone in future to feel this thing/non-allocation.....

I wish they had failed me interview. But missing allocation for just one mark,it is just sheer hard luck and injustice. This css exam needs to be reformed,because due to this quota system every year...
