i think they are just making money by such advertisements. same case was with beacon house jobs.. jobs were advertised but no position was filled after test..

FWO took the same test last year (20th Jan...
FWO took the same test last year (20th Jan 2013)through NTS. I also took that test and scored highest marks in mechanical engg category but i did not receive any letter or phone call for interview....
