Chances are bright that ppsc go for syllabus change in pms exams. Last year it was stated by ppsc that commitee formed to propose changes in syllabus so it looks that pms 2017 will be held with new syllabus.

I do not think so. According to PPSC 2016 regulations, PMS requisition will have to be sent by department before 1st Sep every year. So if they had intended to change syllabus they would have already done the same. Anyhow, we should send an email individually to ppsc about this. Hopefully they will update us in queries.
