Default ASJ resignation and re-joining ?
brother i was selected as asj. i joined the department with the permission of my parent department wapda (6 days leave & permission of joining). after 6 days i resigned from ASJ. and assumed my job in wapda. (it is on contract basis). now i want to ask some questions from seniors;

1. kiya resign wapis ho sakta hai?
2. resign kitnay day/month tak wapis liya ja sakta hai
3. what is the legal way to assume the charge of ASJ (my name is on lock in, lock out sheet is continues till to date.

AoA,

Your resignation will be send to Secretary Home for approval, according to services rules Provincial Secretary is the authority to accept resignation from grade 1to 16. Your are advised to approach the authority to whom you rendered resignation immediately and submit another application for withdrawal of resignation.

P.S. I discussed your case with an official of Home Department Balochistan.

brother thanks regarding helpful tips and advice. i resigned before 2 month. what is the limit for withdraw resignation.

as per establishment code, resign can be taken back before acceptance of competent authority and there is no specific time perod however if the resign is accepted by competent authority as in your case provincial secretary has not accepted resign then you can take it back.
