Salam to All...Today i appeared for interview in PPSC for the post of Assistant Director Land Records.Don't know about the members of the panel but they were really cooperating and nice persons.

.Tell me the Hierarchy of the revenue department.
.Define Management,Administration and Good Governance.

.ADLR's functions?
.ADLR has the same function as of Tehsildar.Do u think it is dichotomy of powers?
.if u got an offer from Duniya news what will be ur decision?

.If u got chance and time for higher studiz than which field u will prefer?

Brother, there were four members in each committee!(6 or 7 committees have taken interviews in lahore office)
Their main focus was generally land revenue Act,ADLR job discription,project pf LRMIS etc. As well as few questions about your current profession.
My interview committee was headed by Tariq saleem Dogar. (EX IG).departmentmental representative, an ex judge and another member!

Brother there were 4 members including Member PPSC.As far as answers concerned everyone has his/her own field of study and experience so i don't think that my answers will provide any help for u learned person as i am naive as compared to the erudite members of the forum.

My interview experience with PPSC is not good at all. Interview was sheduled on 24-09-2012 at 110am at PPSC regional offoce Multan. A clerck was there to check the original documents of candidates. He seemed in a mood not to clear me for interview( I felt so)
He made 02 objections and insisted me to sign rejection letter. These 02 rejections are as follws

1- Original bank treasury receipt of rs.400 for exam fee.
2- MBA transcript does not show grading formula/ percentage of marks

For original treasury receipt, I reminded him that you yourself was collecting original treasury receipt on written test day.Even you said at written test that one who not going to deposit it, his/her paper may get cancelled or one has to visit Lahore later on to submit it.He simply denied and said "original dekhaein bibi"
I got shocked and got remember that on test admission letter under note # 07, it is also mentioned to submit original to ppsc for record purposes.
While on provisional interview letter, it is also mentioned under point a, to bring photocopy of treasury receipt if original has submitted on test day.
When I mentioned him these points he said, "ye rahny dein mery kam k nahi hein. Aap bank jaein ore duplicate nikalwa k Lahore bhej dein with copy of this rejection letter"


For 2nd objection, I told him sir that total CGP is 4 accoridng to hec while percentage of marks is given at bottom line of transcript. My MBA is from PIMSAT and its transcript shows %age of marks at bottom line. I even said that PIMSAT transcript style is allowd by hec, my degreee is also verified.Moreover I have taken exams of LDA , FPSC , civil aviation, NTS etc but never such objection has been raised. He said, "Humein kia bakion sy, hamary pass to ab aen hein na"
He said to get duplicate transcript from univresity and to get write down over it that 3.3 CGPA is out of 4.like this 3.3/4. While univresity said that our degree and transcript is hec and globally accepted how can we change pattern of our transcript for you only.

So, he rejected me.

I am surprised at all this. I have submitted my application against rejection but I am really disappointed by PPSC. I even asked him that I have taken PMS, then same you will do if I get pass? HE smiled and said" Pass to karein. tub dekhein gy"

I am posting all this only to make you people alert about original treasury receipt and documents.
Although my degrees are hec verified and original but I am in rejected list.

Only Allah knows what all this was.

Did they not give you time to deposit required documents
At a later date?

i also had a experience of interview of auditor at ppsc regional office multan.. their behaviour was not well with the candidates.....
and now for adlr thanks God my interview was in lahore... i also didnt get departmental permission but they allowed me to appear in the interview provisionally on writing the application to secretary that i will provide it within 7 seven days positively

Dear Ramsha your post has saddened me beyond imagination that such callous creatures are found in our so called transparent institutes who play with the future of candidates on such petty matters i strongly urge you to write a letter to chairman ppsc narrating the whole incident and if no action is taken by him than file a writ against ppsc in lahore high court and make the chairman and that pathetic clerk as respondents i am sure justice will be done

He made me to sign rejection letter by saying that you have two options

1- to accept rejection letter and send application to Lahore office within 07 days. If they consider you fit, they will call u again.

2-we can ask for your interview to panel on lowest score i.e., 50%. This option was taken back later on and he said to sign rejection letter or consider yourself rejected if you refuse to receive it.

I want to ask, none of you people had deposited original receipt on day of written test? They were demanding in our center in Multan. My bad luck I deposited as per instruction of PPSC.
