I want to know that when the PMS exam is announced and when the applications are invited?

PMS exam does not take place at regular intervals , so there is no fixed schedule for it . It was held in 2006 then in 2009 and now in 2012. No one can predict that when it would take place next time . However , it is hoped that now it would be held in 2014.

There is no fix month for PMS announcement. It is upto PPSC.

Default No PMS this year...
Dear sonia,
As my fellow members have told you that PMS is not held at regular intervals, like CSS.....This exam is conducted when the seats are availabe, as per plausible sources seats are available but no case is likely to be forwarded by the S&GAD this year atleast, PPSC is under obligation to conduct exam only if they receive the requisition from S&GAD...it is suggested that all aspirants must prepare for their CSS attempt.....
