You have business admin background, fine! Never opt Business Admin in PMS, things are not as rosy here as you find in your universities where semester system prevails and you hit 4/4 studying few notes provided by teacher. This is a competitive exam and it has its own dynamics, go for public admin instead, you'll find many things common such as Financial Management and Human Resource Management. It is more scoring than Business Admin.

If You have not prepared Psychology for CSS then you should opt Social Work because Social work is general and easy.
