I think it will just be formality, just like the character certificate from the head of our last educational institute. Finance department will send us a specimen and the local SHO will verify the statements written on the letter.

As salam o alaikum!
brother abbas we ll just have to fill in the specimen and hand it over to finance department they will send the forms to SP special branch located who will mark them to respective area's SHO who will further mark it to beat officer who would depute two constables to verify the details given by u in your performa. these constables will visit you, salute you, congratulate you and ahem ahem.
the process is not very lengthy as it seems on paper as soon as performas reach special branch they take 48 hours approximately to send it back to the requesting department if you have not been convicted or arrested in the past. if convicted or arrested then it might take 2 to 3 days extra.
dear brother asif, you are right it is more or less a formality as they just fulfill the requirements prescribed in establishment code (estacode) and government rules.

First of all NO SALUTES at all as expected by us. I qualified CSS twice & met Police Officials on both occasions. They have their typical mind set.

Secondly, Finance dptt seems in no hurry at all. I qualified PMS as Assistant Director Local Fund Audit and reported to Finance dptt on 21 May, 2013 & submitted 3 security proforma to them at that day. You yourself count the days, till then no security clearance by them. They hav'nt even sent them to concerned Police officers.

Thirdly, yes the procedure is a formality & just 3-4 days required for completing it. but it depends on Finance dptt interests & priorities.

Kse DDAO ko pata hai exact humare training kis institute main ho gee or kab tuck start ho gee oor kab hum ko be sarkar ke turf say salary Milina start ho gee. During training agar hum ko accommodation faciltiy na mile tu hum na kia Data Darbar Rahna hai

Not yet and there is no concrete evidence of its starting date. According to latest updates, training location is not arranged yet by Finance Dptt. It means our training will start after 26 August & of other 2 cadres of PMS on 26 August, 2013.

MPDD has not given clearance yet regarding AD-LFA training in their institute as it is over-scheduled. PMS Cadre & Excise & Taxation Officer will start their training in MPDD w.e.f. 26 August, 2013.

We are waiting since 12 March, 2013, the day when our Final Result was announced. We were called by Finance Dptt on 21 May, 2013 for Acceptance. Two months past, our Police Verification is pending still. :P

dear brother emotions,

thanks for your detailed reply i discussed here what i saw happening ith my cousins and friends. Anyway dear brother emotions, no need to worry about PMS training because some 16 or 17 days back i visited Iqbal sb to know the latest status about medical letters. He said that it would take a week or two because he was busy in preparing training outlines for AD LFA. he was holding a paper in his hand in which points in bullets were written which he might have got dictated from the addl. secretary or d.s. i think your outline was completed and dispatched to MPDD before our medical letters were prepared and dispatched to us sir g.
