Default Question regarding S.I
I want to ask senior members and all those who know..that these S.Is being inducted by PPSC in Punjab Police...what highest rank they can be promoted to?...I mean some say ASI,SI etc just get promoted max. to SP....is it true? why they cant be DIG etc?
on other hand SSP Aslam shaheed of Khi joined police as ASI...controversy...:S

Please somebody elaborate with legit ans....Thanks

SSP is must ...but if a man is more inteligent , hen can be a DIG in future...dnt wory boht achi Post ha bro...SI bri baat ha agr mil jae to ...

Can anyone explain how much time needed to be in service for promotion of S.I to Inspector and from Inspector to DSP. I will be really grateful if some senior can help us.
