Cool down friends nothing will happen in the case now, PMS is over for us......Thnx pakistan Judicial system which saved us from this hectic exam in this grown age.

There can be any age relaxtion through court for PMS 2015-16¿

This issue will be raised again, as PMS has been advertised.

This case has been decided and precedent set. A writ can only stand for hearing if PMS is advertised with a gap. Since PMS has been regularized and will be advertised annually, I do not see anyone getting age relaxation.

The demand of age relaxation for the PMS main examination in PPSC should be demanded on the following grounds,

AGE LIMITS COMPARISON AND FACTS.

FPSC CSS AGE LIMIT:INCREASED 28 YEARS TO 30 YEARS (this year)


PMS PUNJAB AGE LIMIT: 28 YEARS

PMS KPK AGE LIMIT: 30 YEARS

PMS SINDH AGE LIMIT: 30 YEARS

PMS BALOCHISTAN AGE LIMIT: 30 YEARS

PMS AJK AGE LIMIT: 30 YERAS

PMS GB AGE LIMIT: 30 YEARS

AGE LIMIT FOR PMS IN PUNJAB WAS ALSO 30 YEARS AND FURTHER RELAXATION FOR GOVT. EMPLOYEES WAS ALSO THE SAME LIKE OTHER GEOGRAPHICAL UNITS OF THE STATE of PAKISTAN. However, After 2001 it was decreased to 28 years going parallel to FPSC by the PPSC in connection with General Perviz Mushraf 's decision to reduce it to 28 years. Whereas in all other provinces age limit for applying to PMS remained 30 years except PMS Punjab. Since FPSC has also granted the Age limit to CSS candidates on the instructions of the PM Nawaz, so there is no point in keeping IT to 28 years as a fixed punishment for the Punjab Province candidates. It is a sheer discrimination and violation of basic human rights and fundamental rights of the Punjab People. It must be addressed to 30 years also to provide a fair chance of equal opportunity to the youth of Punjab.

I hope this would help the people going to court for AGE RELAXATION. APART FROM THIS, I WOULD REQUEST YOU ALL TO LAUNCH A SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN IN THIS REGARD AS WELL. WE SUCCEEDED GETTING THE RELAXATION FOR CSS EXAM GOING FACEBOOK. THIS CAN ALSO BE DONE WITH LITTLE PROTEST AT THE MALL ROAD AND ASKING THE CM PUNJAB SHEHBAZ SHARIF SAHIB TO GRANT US THIS RELAXATION. TAKING ANY OF THE SUGGESTED METHOD, I BELIEVE WE CAN GET SUCCESS.
