the pms age relaxation case was last heard on the 3rd of june 2014 and was adjourned till the 18th the petition no is 15374-14 before justice syed mansoor ali shah it was him who gave verdict in favour of age relaxation in 2011 here is the link of his judgment last time

uc ne pursue kia tha acha lawyer b tha
aur petition good tyar ki thi
ic bar petition jic ne file ki hai
wo ppsc ka he bunda hai
uc ne jan bhoj kr weak petition ki hai
wo law ka rule hai
k once a case decided can not be argued second time
Res judicata
so ye petition reject ho jae gi
han agar last hearing ce pehle koe aur applicaion file kr de
aur party bn ne ki application de
aur tmam facts
last year ka decision
etc de
with good lawyer
then kch ho skta hai
18 ko ho gi ab last hearing
but
jic banday ne ki hai uc ne bht weak case prepare kia hai
judges ne wahi fesla krna hota hai jo unhain btaya jae
jub case he thk pursue nae hona
tau case reject e hona hai.. to case students k huq mai hota hwa nazr hi nahi aa raha. prepare for the exam date age nahi ho gi or na relaxation milny k ic bar chances hain

cool down... Mr Shahid has filed the writ and he is the same person who filed writ in PMS 2011.However, PMS aspirants should prepare for their exam without keeping in mind the writ petition.

a friend of mine has filed another writ today he himself is a lawyer but he took an excellent lawyer for this purpose. i will let you people know whether the writ is accepted or not.
