bro the chances are very dim in my humble opinion because this time around not many candidates took interest in the petition i remember that back in 2012 more than 100 people filed petitions and many more became party in the petitions in the later stages the petition was filed before the same judge i.e mansoor ali shah the difference is that at that time he was forced by the number of people who approached the lhc principal bench and many more who filed petitions in circuit benches of lhc in multan and rawalpinidi you see i had warned all the aspirants way back in may that they should approach the court in large numbers so that if any judge declines to grant relaxation one can pin hopes on the other judge or another bench but i guess the low number of seats was the factor which disenchanted the aspirants from filing cases

nhi aisa nhi hota jab mein appear hoa tha us waqt roll numbers bhi announce ho gaye tha ye 2011 august ki bat hai but then someone approched the high court and got the case decided in his favour somehow and eventually the exam was conducted in july 2012 instead of aug 11 but that was then now ppsc is hell bent on conducting the exam as soon as possible you people are lucky that you have got a whole month to prepare we in our time were informed only 10 days before the exam that it is going to start from 6th july you may not be aware of it that ppsc had prepard a date sheet of pms that was to start from the 1st or second week of september before that 20th of august was almost confirm

agar to wo log petitioners hain aur un ki writ pending hai to mera khayal hai ka un ka haq mein to mansoor ali shah na decide ker dia hoa hai now the question to be decided is that of general age relaxation meri advice yahi hai ka they should appear with full preparation because you never know what will happen at the eleventh hour secondly the case is still pending it has not been finally decided so you can consult a competent lawyer he can find a way out one more thing is that i had heard a month or two ago that that even if the court decides in favour of general age relaxation even then exam would not be much delayed as was the case last time it can be delayed for a month at the maximum not more than that those people who are saying that somehow they will be able to drag the case are lying pms would be conducted this year at all costs as per my info

i had shared the number of shahid mahmood the main petitioner with maxhar ali khokhar i think i have lost it you can take it from him secondly you should immediately consult a well reputed lawyer preferably one who is member of lhc bar association they can be of immense help you must be aware of the fact that this age relaxation drama is going on since 2005 and every time in the end the case is decided in favour of over age people this time i think the lawyer was also dejected due to non serious attitude of aspirants but you should give it a try you still have got time secondly the past precedent is in your favour and not just once but 4/5 times lhc has granted general age relaxation so go ahead Allah karam keray ga sirf pursue kernay ki bat hai

I have talked with Asif Niswana, the lawyer who filed a petition for age relaxation . He said those over-aged candidates who have applied would be allowed for PMS . But if any over aged candidate who has not applied in time should file a petition for general age relaxation . In this case , chances for general age relaxation will become bright and as a consequence delay in exams would become inevitable .
03334245496 .. mb nb of Malik Asif Niswana . He is the same lawyer who won the case last time for general age relaxation . case is note decided yet . So guys take interest and put your efforts in right direction . Thanks . Last edited by Amna; Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 04:21 PM. Reason: merged/chain post |
