The current status of the appeal is that of a provisional permission to the petitioners, so there is nothing wrong with it yet.

But, in the end, age-relaxation will be for every citizen of Punjab or it will be for nobody.

With the current attitude of the Judges, I have a feeling that age-relaxation will be rejected and so, the over-age people who take the exams will probably have longer faces later on than those who didn't even apply.
There are few cases in which petitioners got the favours which they were seeking but non petitioners remained oblivious. This is how our legal system works.

Petitioners who applied for PMS knew the legal complexities that's why they didn't ask for general age relaxation

you are making a mockery of your self , stop ridiculing your self , first you were crying maha khan stopped over age candidates from applying & now saying it is for petitioners , make up your mind . Can you show advertisement where ppsc advised over age candidates to apply ? No you will have no such advertisement , but i am sure you will still come up with some bizarre logic.
You have no court order, no advertisement, no ppsc link but still saying us to accept your twisted information & logic , you beat me , no doubt in that

For those over age candidates who think that they should have applied , this is the link of PMS 2014 advertisement ad http://ppscforum.com.pk/viewtopic.php?t=1460 . Apart from this ad no ad,order,e.mail or any such thing was circulated by PPSC advising over age candidates to apply for exams. I think this will be enough to clear confusion if one has any

One should post or comment with reference, only one refrence/writ petition number was given wherein the petitioners were allowed to apply. Miss maha khan is being criticised for giving contradictory statements which misguided the aspirants though she is the most credible person. She commented on the topic in the light of her info, knowldge and experience.

Well it depends on the nature of the writ whther it will operate for general in public or for the petitioners. Aggrieved persons approach the courts for releif, in the instance case courts considred the petitioner aggrieved and accorded the releif. Whenever, the writ will be decided it would only provide releif to the petitioner only unless specifically ordered for general public. Those who applied without being party would not be allowed to get the benefit of that writ until and unless court grants relaxation to them as well.

Those who were over age are requured to be a party to the writs filed or should prefer fresh writs.

Over age candidates who have applied for exams are provisionally allowed to take exams and it's highly likely that they'll get relaxation in final verdict.

My sympathies are those who didn't apply and didn't participate in petition because the fell prey to false rumours of this thread.

Best of luck to all who are appearing in this exam. I rest my case!

you rest your case without any logic & after you have no evidence to back your claim , according to ppsc age limit is 28 for PMS, that's it . Others have nothing .I posted advertisement
