PMS over aged candidates have achieved nothing so far. Their request for stay orders has been rejected by the Lahore High Court RWP bench. I personally contacted with the writ petitioners. They have even no idea whether they will be eligible after taking exam or not. Those who did not apply are now blaming me, but i have saved them from mental agony in which over aged candidates are suffering.

@Miss fari, your chance is not wasted. If court grants permission to the over aged candidates, then S &GAD would file an appeal to the supreme court. This litigation process will take time and therefore, in order to avoid frustration court can reject the eligibility of over aged candidates in its final verdict....

PPSC has not yet conducted the test of AD Civil Defence, because the service rules of the above mentioned posts are not yet decided by the department. PPSC could postpone the exam till the final decision of PMS age relaxation.

What is unofficial in my suggestion to wait for the final decision of the court.? Did court set the eligibility criteria of over aged candidates? Nobody knows the final verdict of the court... There are only 15 to 20 petitioners and others depended upon only to the writ petition of Mr Shahid. Can you think that govt change its rules & regulations about the PMS exam just for these person , ?..No,

that's what i had been saying , i had made it clear that no order,directive or ad came from any where directing over age candidates to sit in exams. As far is sitting in exam on your own is concerned , over age candidates can apply in css & they will be called for written exams , but even if they clear the test they will be dumped when scrutiny will be done before interview stage. You have certainly saved time,energy and efforts of people by guiding them rite, this time court give PPSC favor, but this litigation will take time & the case will go on

monk bro i know ur intention seem good but plz dont involve in altercation. further if someone has some grammatical errors in one,s write up then the other should not make the laughing stock of that one. besides rectification should be made without looking down upon. Apart from this criticise others but criticism should be within the parameters of ethics. oppisition should not be for the sake of oppisition. resdpect girls. u r free to censure them but by upholding the ethical standards. he is here just for bashing people, i think nothing can be achieved by trying to put some sense in him. You are the one who has first hand information of petition in high court but he is shouting that over age candidates has been allowed to sit in exams. Now as you even give him number of petitioner, he came up with another excuse. Better not to reply to him, you done well by guiding people,nothing else matters
