Respected members i want to disscuss my case with all of you to findout your comments. My name is Atif Tifail and i appeared for the post of planning officer /deputy district officer planning BS-17 in PPPSC and cleared for psychological interview but they gave me a rejection letter on this basis that my master degree is not equal to MA economics. i went to Lahore high court for their decision and honerable judge order the administrative department to held QEDC qualification equivalence determination committee to equate my Master degree with MA economics and they gave me letter for equivalence which i personally submitted to PPSC. Now the issue is that the commission announced its final recommendation inwhich one seat is still vacant. Now commission has to conduct my interview for said post i want to ask from all of you guys that according to your experience either they will conduct this interview normally or they will take this case for making revenge as most of my friends told me that i should not go for legal case as commission do not like for those candidates who do so . i am fighting for my right so according to your experience at where you find-out this case???

Be confident, Give your best in the interview. They will be pressurized by your writ against them, so they will not take another chance. If they reject you, you can file a writ again that you passed the interview before and now they rejected you as a revenge. Don't listen to people, Gear up and don't give them chance in the interview to reject you.

Brother your question is like a troop who has prepared for a war and has arrived in the battlefield with all his equipment and braveness and is having a second thought right in the middle of battlefield either to fight or turn his back from fight .........be confident.........when you have come so far now take the plunge.......


Maximum Possible Loss : Rejection (You have not been selected as yet to say

that you have something to lose to PPSC. If you are already in service of Punjab Govt, they can never snatch this job from you on basis of this dare which you done so far.

Possible Chances of Acquiring : Yes you can grab a post of BS-17 for the rest of your life..........


So in both cases you have a win-win situation .........so tame your worries and this psychological anxiousness.........muster up your courage and go there to crack this nut .........You have nothing to lose brother........but have a fair chance of getting something very precious..........Best luck

it was just to take your comments about this case. i am fully confident as i have fought this case very well. There is a clerical staff, who is deciding the fate of your educational testimonials so at the time of the interview there was a large number of candidates who were disappointed and never came back to fight their case. respected members i am very thankful to you for giving me such a motivational lines. InshAllah i will give my best in interview. If the interview panel will discuss my court case what should i have to express in response of all ?
