i did call evry number given on ppsc website but just keep on going busy. in the end i wrote them email. know its 4 o clock, lets see.
yes i do have orignal bank challan form. now first i bettr clear written test than worry about this in interview

All right dear, but now such information is editable and ppsc issues an edit token in this regard when you apply for any post.

so should i prepare for test or not thn? if no matter what they wont accept my bank receipt at interview?

You should prepare for test. If your bank receipt is within date with bank stamped and you have filled particulars properly in it (i.e. Name, Post Name, Case No. and amount) then there is no issue to worry. Yes they will accept your this challan at the time of interview.

You have only written wrong serial number of challan and it is not a big issue to worry. Be relax and pay your attention for test preparation.

it doesn't matter but fee should be deposited, and save the receipt and produce in front of invigilator/ interview panel if asked
