Running is only for constables...not for ASIs n SIs test....just prepare for MCQs type test of current affairs, basic Maths, everyday science, pal affairs, islamait, planets, n questions like these....nothing like running or physical test except hight and chest....just now, prepare for MCQs type test....best of luck...bye carvan MCQs guide, that's best I would suggest....
