Plz any one share the criteria for lecturer selection in PPSC;
marks of test,interview and qualification.

There will be 4 members in panel...2 subject specialist n 2 ppsc members..i hv given interview for lecturer of journalism..
Questions which they asked from me...first of all introduction, qualification, strengths & weaknesses,...next forwarded to subject specialists n they asked..
Who were the prominent journalists of subcontinent & names of their newspapers?
Describe the personality of maulana m ali johar & zafar ali khan..who was the poet among them & tell one of his famous piece of poetry..
What r communication models, normative theories, cognitive dissonance theory, banner headline, propaganda, band wagon, yellow journalism & its origin,peace building & conflict resolution, implementation of social responsibility theory in pakistani context, media functions, impacts of media in society positive or negative, article writing, "sub editor is called unsung hero" explain.. These r some questionz which i remember..it was subject based interview overall..
Nd at the end chairperson asked me to give demo..
