Window 2007 is not an operating system however Window 7 is the OS. In the given options there was no operating system, however i opted for Altavista (name of search engine) on account of resemblance with the Window Vista.

weight of free falling body is zero. its an established scientific fact. (concept of apparent and real weight)
if window 2007 is not an operating system, then what it actually is?
Other than the centrifugal pump, there was no any question of engineering.(personally i didnt take it as civil engg. question). The question of shaper was of physics of HSSC level.

See the equation of free falling body by visiting this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equatio...a_falling_body

I think all the options were wrong thats why i selected Altavista (May be some typing error) option on account of similarity with Windows Vista.

As for as concern to me the paper was balanced. Little bit touch of every advertised field. However the candidates having engineering background plus MBA would have advantage over other candidates. Besides general knowledge, almost all questions were from the subjects being covered in MBA.

Respected member, i respect your knowledge and efforts to share the same, but scientific facts cannot be established by simply pasting wiki links. your link illustrates different aspects of free falling bodies like velocity, acceleration etc, but "not Weight".
just to pasting links vs links. here is my link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weightlessness

As far as the general knowledge portion is concerned, that was really tough.
In which ratio the PPSC call the candidates for interview. What do you think that how many marks would be comfortable for next phase.

It means about 500 candidates appeared in the test and top 20 candidates based upon 1:5 ratio will be called for interview. As for as concern to merit i don't think so the merit would be low enough as you presume. I am expecting 80 Marks after deducting negative marks.

Only centre no. 3 was reserved for the said test. 4 or 5 rooms were there in centre. Each room had 50 candidates on average. Keeping in view the above facts and absentees also, r u sure that 500 candidates appeared in exam?. According to my assessment, figure is not more than 250-300 max.
What you say??

My center was no.2 at first floor. And Room was no.4. I think at ground and first floor there were about 8 rooms at least. Further the roll no serial at first floor was up to 450. To make a precise guess keeping in view absent candidates, at least there were around 350 candidates who attempted. I think the candidates had been shortlisted for written exam by PPSC.
