Default Accounts officer (bps 16) & assistant director / budget & accounts officer (bps 17)
PPSC has advertised new vacancies for commerce graduates in health department, appeared in the daily The Nation & Jang on Sunday 07-07-2013.

for BPS 16, eligibility is B.com
for BPS 17, eligibility is M.com

my query is from those forum members who have link or any source in PPSC, whether graduates with MBA (Finance) and BBA (Finance) are eligible for these posts. quick response will be appreciated.

P.S. in my personal opinion these should be eligible.

as per PPSC tradition, it is expected that the test will be evaluating your general knowledge skills (English, Mathematics, Pakistan Affairs, Current Affairs, Islamiyat, Everyday science, and Economic figures etc.). several books are available in market to prepare these areas. you can also take benefit from this forum for preparation of GK. one may expect test in September but it isn't confirmed.

no.this would be professional test not a general test.it will be related to bcom and mcom. because when qualification is given as graduation, then they conduct general type of test.

Date of exam announced.
18 dec for budget officer and 19 dec for account officer.
One thing confuse me about test pattern because in roll number they mention one paper(subjective/Mcq/shorthand)
what is meaning of this:what type paper?
Anyone clear this confusion.
