Contract posts are generally regularised before the completion of the term. However, in terms of Contract Appointment Policy 2004 it is clearly mentioned that it can be terminated by either party with one month notice. Another positive aspect is that Punjab government is considering to repeal the CAP 2004 from next fiscal year. Hope for the best.

Women Quota as well as open merit

Same pay scale
But Lecturer is limited in a college and have less responsibilities
But TMO work timing is maximum and even no holidays on special occasions as Eid, Moharram etc.
