It means only Saleeha and you have certificate of talent while we all are nil. Let me tell you something. I am mentioning some names of persons who might not be intelligent as to you but they are indeed.

Rizwan Hyder, who qualified CSS 2012 & CSS 2014, and who has recently passed the following exams:

Psychometeric test for AD ISI, Preventive officer, Custom officer; Research officer, Inspector Railways.

Haya, CSS 2015 Qualified
Maryam CSS 2015 qualified
Amir Hussain PCS 2008 qualifies post as Section Ofc.
Irfan Holepotto CSS qualified and allocated.
These are few namesl, but there are many others who are CSPs, but they also failed...

They all were satisfied with their papers and they were hopeful. I know them personally. But, they failed in qualifying PCS exam.

Do you know why? I do. It is because they don't have certificate of TALENT as Saleeha and other BLUE-EYED candidates have.

Money and Sifarish have plenary power in Sindh.

The people you are talking about(the relatives of spsc members) also qualified screening test.why you remained silent then? Why didnt u object their candidature that time?Because, u were also in the list.Now when u are out of the race, u are drawing a creterion for passing the exam.
Do u really think candidates who have passed css and general recruitment test could exceptionally psss PCS.? There is difference in pattern and level of these exams.only common thing is their unpredictability.
Brother,its your right to raise ur voice at any forum.
I'll be happy,if u correct any wrong in our system.keep in mind many candidates who have passed the exam due to their potential will be put on a waiting mode for years.
And please dont come with such expressions that "it means u r talented and we are nil"etc

Bro, please can you elaborate that how come secret branch did not know about the result while they are responsible for all this task. I heard another version that result was ready in november 2015 when some 800-850 had passed. After that chairman called all the record to his office and finally the result is announced. According to him the candidates whose papers were very good and swapped with blue eyed and were declared fail so that their favoured ones do not get tough competition in allocation to AC & ETO. That is why many competent candidates have failed this time. Read today's Kawish.

I didn't know about those BLUE-EYED candidates before this result. I have recently come to know them when they are exposed.
Secondly, if I was silent at the time of screening only because I was also selected. Remember, you are doing same thing right now. You are supporting them because you are selected. Remember my dear friend, still you have not been selected. Only190 out of 664 shall be allocated. So, your state of hapiness is transitory. Do you know why? Because this is corrupt system.
Let me say something to you.

I am not exposing SPSC after the result was announced. But, I exposed it two days before the result announcement. Read my previous posts.
I narrated news that I was informed of by one the senior employers of SPSC. I immediately posted it in FORUM.
The result further authenticated that news which I shared in my THREAD, SPSC CCE2013 RESULT post.

We accept that we failed. Yes we failed because SPSC changed the result of many talented candidates. The main reason of it is that SPSC took almost a year to alter copies and tried to do FLAWLESS CORRUPTION. Lekin CHOR ki darhi me tinka hota ha.

we won't let this corrupt system sustain and ruin our lives. No matter, nothing happens, but we will stand to expose it further.

Qualification of some talented candidates who have qualified this exam cannot overshadow the considerable corruption of SPSC.

If X kills the innocent relative of Y, then Y must accept it and let it go and bear this injustice without doing anything.

We raise our voice against injustice. Not because we failed, but because we are failed by this CORRUPT SYSTEM.

Bro,i dont oppose ur decision of knocking the doors of courts for ur rights.But the way you are trying to prove the flaws in result isnt proper.Only failure of candidates who once passed css/other exams doesnt mean that qualified candidates are not competent.Even in Css some candidates pass it in first attempt but when they go for the second or third time for better groups,they can not make it.what does it tell?Believe me,before reading tjis thread i was happy with the result because many of my friend -circle have passed the exam who dont have any political and financial back up. Some are those who direly need a job to survive.
Anyways, best of luck for whatever steps you people take.

Protest will be staged against SPSC in front of the SPSC office on Monday dated 21st March, 2016 in Hyderabad.


I have also sent a letter to dawn against SPSC, hope it will be published soon.

Mr Asif Ali Khuharo is back in form once again. He will lead the crowd to the SPSC office. Chanting slogans, "Remove cat's-paw chairman, Re-conduct the C.C.E exam, save merit, save Sindh"...
