Marks sheets of failures of CCE'2008 concealed!!!
Even in CSS the marks sheets of failures are dispatched after few days of the announcement of the result. But the Secretary SPSC has announced that according to SPSC law the marks sheets of failures will be dispatched after final selection of candidates.
This law I think has been formulated to cover-up the corruption of SPSC as after the final selection no candidate failing in written test will take SPSC administration to task. This renders the recounting of marks in any paper irrelevant and also those candidates who have been declared absent by SPSC can not prove their presence. After blatant mistake committed by controller SPSC in CCE'2003 and having to pay its price, the present administration is treading with caution leaving no trace of its corruption. But I think the ultimate backlash is inevitably imminent from those meritorious candidates who have qualified the written part and are to be denied the final selection. If those candidates who had left their answer sheets empty can qualify the written test, it makes doubly difficult for the meritorious candidates to secure final selection. |

Dear I also appeared in the Examination and failed but i do not feel sorrow for myself, but my friends appeared in that examination who had already cleared many commission examinations and they are serving in Government as 16 Grade Officers. Can we say that they were not enough competent to pass the examination whereas they had cleared other SPSC and FPSC examination. I know most of the candidates in the Forum who have cleared written part of CSS have been passed in the Combined Competetive Examination and they deserve for that but there are many people who are not able to pass the Examination are passed in the CCE 2008 Examination. |

SPSC & Merit- POLES APART
@ BABAKhan
7015 Aamir Hussain s/o Noor Muhammad Jafri Hyderabad-U He is the younger brother of the Secretary SPSC. I have personal acquaintance with him and am amply cognizant of his level of competence. His brother was instrumental in appointing his favorites during the period when SPSC was working under Governor Sindh. So watch out for his number in the list of finally selected candidates. Apart from this many of my friends had pointed out some of the candidates who were leaving class rooms during the exam within first fifteen minutes and they have qualified too.I will have to labor through my resources to collect all those roll numbers. SPSC is not in the hands of Angels. But rest assured SPSC will stick to its policy of 10% merit. So if persons like you fall in this 10% sphere then you are lucky otherwise you will serve as a veneer under which SPSC will slip through its favorites as it did in CCE'2003. After all the previous Combined Competitive Exams, SPSC had unfailingly issued marks sheets of failures. But this time it has come up with a novel law to suit its purpose "Marks sheets of failures will be issued only after the final selection." So those who are declared absent erroneously by SPSC cannot challenge SPSC's verdict also no candidate can recount his/her numbers in the paper he/she failed. |

If Mr.Tom is intelligent and competant and unfortunately he is brother or son of Mr. Joe, who is chairman or secretary of commision , then is this justified that Mr. Tom is incompetant just because he is brother or son of Mr. Joe.

Matter is not that Mr. Tom is the son or brother of Secretary, SPSC, the issue is that he cannot even spell "Combined Competitive Examination"!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then why all raised hue and cry when the son of the former Chairman SPSC Mr. Bhutto was awarded DDO seat and the Inquiry Committee revealed that all of his papers could not be traced. Brothers, we should not adopt the policy of an ostrich. I hope all those who have qualified the written test fraudulently may not be selected. I myself was selected by SPSC and was astonished to see the other qualifiers who were imploring me to write their Duty Joining Report. Some friends will argue that the time has changed and the current SPSC is immune to corruption. Then wait and hope against hope. |
