No no,not at all. I am no body to cry foul (till the time they wont fail me in exam). I am just sharing my opinion. But I would like to share what wikileaks leaked quoting late king Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.

No blame to SPSC; perhaps a sequel of Ghulam Hussain Umrani's "Aashiq majboor aa" will have lyrics like "SPSC majboor aa".

What a country this is! Although our institutions, the apex court and independent media know everything about SPSC but nobody is ready to take any initiative! Because we are letting them what they do all the time! All of you know that the SPSC is one of the most corrupt departments in Pakistan! We know SPSC is under the influence of PPP~Adi&Ado. Even we have come to know that many people appointed by means of corruptions as per the report of the NAB on previous CCE~exam. The most important thing that we know, in present epoch, particularly in SPSC, probably no one can get executive job on "pure merit" except having strong political background, millions of rupees or another source that seems to be ridiculous to mention here, hope you would have understood that source! Despite all of these damn realities, we are expecting to climb the mount everst. Notwithstanding all of these factors, there is a ray of hope and indeed the hope sustains the world. Let's see what happens! Indeeed we are all "Ashiqs & Majboors too" So let this diction played!

It is not enough to curse SPSC.We all know that who is responsible for corruption.The point should be to fight against corrupt culture and fight for transparency and merit.Practicle applications are required by gathering all aspiring candidates and raising the voice of meritorious and deserving candidates in media.

PPP is more dangerous for us than TTP. The Zarb e Azb operation can not be accomplished until and unless the incumbent government of our province is dethroned.
As PPP has always remained against transparency and merit, the leaders of the party wanted that the educated people should go to sell SAMOSY and PAKORY. They recruit inefficient and incompetent people on the administrative posts so that the so called leaders can plunder everything easily.
But what can we do? Should we wait for any miracle? Or should we not pay any heed towards the grave situation? Or should we just show our feats of English here. Any solution....????

I think only way is to write anonymous requests to NAB, telling them each and every detail since CCE 13 advertised.
Thkugh, it won't help in exam result. But a post result inquiry (if conducted) may help some desorious csndidates and kick out burglers from merit / successful candidate list. But even for that, chances are very slim (keeping in view the outcome of multiple inquiries, investigations, hue abd cry and verdicts, those who are favored still reaping rewards, got jobs, geting promotions, sccumulating wealth). No deseating and no punishment even 12 years passed and everything happend then is like open book even now.

so my advise, do something. Most appropriate plateform is NAB, but remain anonymous and be watchful of your backs.

I think there should be referendum in our country, with direct legislation by popular vote like Swiss we can have check and balance of the institutions. The NAB is a good option but only for the accountability concern. Moreover, in such process, if anybody gets allocated, will likely be one of the biggest corrupt fishes. Because these grave circumstances compel us to do corruption in every stage of our life, living in the land of pure people. It has been almost three years or so we are still waiting on like a meme.

So let's start to write NAB. Kindly post the procedure so that others can also follow it.

Dear why do you need procedure for this thing. Go to NAB website. They have addresses, fax numbers and emails there. Send them complaint in hard or soft copy, telling them you smell foul play because of these these reasons so NAB shall intervene to ensure transparency.

Yes we can write to dawn and other electronic media but please stay anonymous for your own safety and future.

one more thing, decide one day as Jinnah's Direction Action Day. Everybody should write on same very day or next day at max to make a snowball affect.
