Its true candidates will have to something by themselves for their rights but I feel court is not same too as it was during the Iftikhar Chaudry time.

Interesting thing is this now when Government not listen court orders. Even court not take any action too.

SPSC people are well aware of the fact that tempering with the results this time around,is not that easy.All the candidates have qualified a fatal screening(indeed the toughest one in the history of spsc,fpsc even nts).So,they will not restrict themselves to be mere sour-grapist but will challenge the results.secondly, the subjective papers of CCE-13 were easy,so most of the deligent aspirants have satisfactorily done their paper, it will be difficul for spsc to get the guys down. Thirdly,most of the aspirants,in the race at the moment, are not that influential politically or otherwise to influence the results. I expect spsc not to temper with result out of the fear of being caught again. If it does so,then we'll not avoid adopting the philosophy of shah Latif: "Punhu'a punjaana,dijy baah bha bhanbhor khy."

why are you unnecessarily criticizing judiciary? how many candidates have approached judicial authorities ? I know judiciary of Pakistan and particularly Sindh is not upto standard but they still give people some relief; even sometimes acts against wishes of PPP i.e. DR Asim Case, Dr Zulfikar Mirza case. So candidates please find some advocate among your family members or friends and file petition with Sindh High Court for announcement of result.

My brothers, Please understand, we are now desperate but we have to fight and knock every door. I have written many letters to SPSC chairman, Pm, CJ Supreme court but I don't have Advocate friends so that I can file petition.

Guys, we are really helpless in term of getting our legitimate executive jobs. I had firm trust in SPSC & deeming it at least 50% merit, while coming to know the ground realities and the role of SPSC, I have no longer trust in SPSC despite performing up to the mark in written part exam. Though I am hoping for the merit, yet can not forget the question of current chairman, who will likely again be faced in the Viva of CCE~13, he asked me in Viva of Assistant Sub Inspector (Police) job "Tell me the year of second tenure of Bebee", I knew about her but deliberately asked sorry sir, which bebee are you talking about! i.e. it can be Hazrat Bebee Amna, Hazrat Khadija etc.. He laughed and told me "Shaheed Muhatarma Benzir Bhutto Sahiba". I smiled too & answered him correctly, at that time, I pondered the viva a formality. I realized the way how he patronized the PPP! Nevertheless, I got job at another place far batter than that post. In the nutshell, trust deficit & SPSC's horrific corruption, tempering & under the umbrella of PPP~Zardari League along with Phulan Devi/Adi, in the democratic dictatorship of Sindh, we can not expect "pure merit". Better to concentrate on CSS & Other exams to be at a safe side.

Last week I visited SPSC Head office. When I entered from the gate, I saw that the chairman along with a member was bidding goodbye to someone at the gate. The car in which the guest sat, had a PPP numberplate.


And we are also well aware of the situation under which the chairman was inducted. He replaced CJ Agha Rafique as the latter was not a Yes Man but the former is.

The SPSC is constitutional institution under article 242 of Constitution of 1973. As far as, the constitutional authority of SPSC is concerned, the commission is bound mandatorily to ensure fairness, transparency and accuracy in conduct of examinations of public posts. In this regard, the landmark rulings & outstanding judgements of Supreme Court of Pakistan are on record in Services, illegal inductions of Grade 17 & above caders posts in S&GAD, unlawful deputations like matters of Sindh. All rulings are clear in regard of fair appointments in public offices. These precedents in respect of recruitments can advocate each of aspiring candidates to quote and to press SPSC through multiple forums and grounds lawfully, constitutionally and rightfully.

The days have gone when SPSC used to tempers with record and carry out major frauds, misappropriations and misconduct of especially CCE PCS Exam. It is noteworthy to mention here, that NAB has been conducting investigation and preparing to file the Reference in Accountability Court. All the high ups of SPSC and 77 beneficiaries of PCS 2003 are accused persons of unprecedented recruitment scam of CCE 2003. InshaAllah, all would be tried in Court of law and positive message would be given to meritorious candidates of Sindh. Contrarily, the same would stands thought-provoking, lesson and punishment for office-holders of the commission to learn from the past scam of CCE-2003.

Besides, candidates of PCS-2013 needs to be positive and hopeful in respect of merit. Because, current time is in interest of candidates and disfavours SPSC. Also, the Rangers has been mandated / authorized legally to pursue White-collar crimes (corruption, misuse of authority) alongwith Blue-collar crimes. In addition, the NAB alongwith other state institutions has been endeavouring sufficiently to bring the house in order.

Hopes should be high, Allah Almighty would do better for all of us.

My elder brother's friend,working very close with brother in law of zardarii ,and his relative in spsc told that the candidates who have performed well in written will surely sail through the exam.even if spsc tries to manuplate the result,as much as 70 to 80 percent will be on merit.Result is being delayed due to incompetency of administration and management of spsc.
