Some 6 of my letters are already published in Daily Times, Jahangir's World Times and Dawn newspaper. I thought you maybe sent without details about yourself and it was published. I usually write all the details which they require. However, I have written another letter about SPSC without mentioning my name and mentioning all other details. Let's see if they(Dawn) publish.

This time i have also written on spsc.

I remember that back in November 2015, when I used to plan protest against the delay in the conduct of exams. I hardly gathered 15/20 candidates for protest (Imagine just 15 candidates out of 15 thousand. I spent most of my expenses to made broucher and placards but Nobody was willing to pay attention. They think that some others would do the demonstartion on behalf of themselves and they better prepared themselves for the final exams. Any how after hard efforts when I set the date of demonstartion on 20 december 2015 then SPSC announced it on 14 dec 2015, so that I postponed the demonstration.

Moral is, we don't have courage to take our rights so better to wait and pray for merit.

Short of words, out of thoughts......SPSC are you listening? Please do not announce result now and ever. It must have got rotten with your corrupt practices and will smell very bad to all competitive people, who aspired to serve people with pride.

Please just do not announce it, fill seats as per wishes of Faryal Talpur and end this awkward quandary. We all well understand words like 'due diligence' and 'very soon' and what does they really mean in formal texts. You are really hopeless.

It is crystal clear that spsc is not interested in announcing a merit based result.

Two months have passed since they said that they would announce the result very soon.

News from one of the senior employers of SPSC:

SPSC officials are dilatory in announcing the result because they are provided a long list of recommended candidates by Faryal and other politicians to be included in the list of selected candidates. The list is so long that all the recommended candidates cannot be selected.
Additionally, seats have already been sold out and the money that was taken in this regard has been spent by politicians. Now, They cannot return money to candidates if merit-based result is announced by SPSC.
Secondly, NAB has raided the HEAD OFFICE TWICE that is somehow an eye-opener to SPSC for future.

Now SPSC is in predicament: They themselves are thinking what to do now. If they announce the result as it has been recommended by politicians, they might be raided again by NAB; and if they announce the MERIT-BASED result, the politicians might take actions against them...
POOR SPSC. PITY ON SPSC... OPPRESSED SPSC...

The only SOURCE that can hear our voice is the CHEIF OF ARMY--- RAHEEL SHAREEF.

I advise you to write letters to him. I am also doing so.

Dear PCS fellows,

I hope you remember me, I am faraz quraishi and this is my new ID as my previous ID has some technical issues. I have some suggestions to expedite to process of result declaration. We have many ways to raise our issue on different platforms but due to time, financial and other constraints I might advise some suggestions:

Plan A:
Write a letter to some Member of Provincial Assembly and asked him/her to raise question on assembly floor. It is very difficult for government to ignore such question. and government is bound to give answer in written.

Timeline & Strategy: I will write a comprehensive letter in English and Urdu in a day or two and share it with you people. After some suggestions, finalize letter. Then we will post (much better is to meet with the MPA in person) the letter to that selective MPA. I might suggest few MPA who continuously raise questions on assembly floor i.e. Nusrat Sehar Bano Abbasi and shariyar mahar. We can discuss it after consultation.

Reason for this particular strategy is that, it is pretty difficult for government to ignore questions raise on the floor and they hesitate to use words like “Very Soon” in her naswer. Yes, I need a person who can draft letter in Sindhi as Mother Tongue always make an impact.

Plan B:
Write a series of letter to chief secretary, chairmen SPSC, governor, chairmen PPP and others pointing out this delay in the process. That’s second part of our strategy so better not to talk in detail.

Plan C:

File individual case in provincial ombudsmen and also write letters to selective journalists and anchorpersons to put our case in limelight.

We can adopt any suitable strategy after consultation. Remember a team of 20 to 30 dedicated candidates can make the difference.

Note: Keep in mind it’s a difficult task and I need some volunteers for that purpose. I am already in government job so it is pretty difficult for me to take care of the matters single handed. We also need a separate group (on facebook) where we discuss these matters independently as honorable moderators of CSSforum don’t allow such things in their forum.
