If it is so, then let's see what happens in CCE~13, Hoping that they would not misplace the merit list of qualifiers again like it happened to be in the office of minister of interior as stated news papers (I had read it in Kawish & Dunya news). So no one can deny it. Moroever, we know SPSC is producing pure merit. Might be there would have been something wrong in our viva ASI, but how can we deny the bitter realities of CCE~2003. Well, digging past is not a way to resolve the problems. We just want SPSC to retain merit & nothing else.

Wese CCE~2013 or CCE~2003 mein sirf "1" digit ka difference hey, we want a bit differenece and gape of merit comprising "one digit" one move.

SPSC selected all ASIs on merit but useless, because just selected but not issued offer letter to anyone yet. Its true that they won the case against Government too in Sindh High Court but again another useless act too because Government again not issued any offer letter.

The real culprit behind all this scenario is Chief Minister and PPP Government.

No dear,difference is not of a digit ,it is of 13 years instead. Come On! It happened a decade before.We must believe in theory of CHANGE. A lot of things can be transformed in a time spane of 13 years.In 2003 SPSC was not afraid of the sword of damocles hanging over it,like vibrant media, confronting candidates and investigations by NAB.So,it was easy to manuplate results.Moreover,the scale of competition was not as high as it is today(sorry to all candidates of cce 003).things were easy for spsc to turn around,today situation is different .

In 2011, SPSC published advertisement for recruitment of posts of ASIs. The commission was bound to accomplish whole process of appointments within one year. Contrarily, the SPSC concluded Interviews in November, 2014, which establish period of four years. Firstly, this unjustified delayed recruitment caused significant loss of invaluable time of candidates, secondly, the Sindh Government (acting as Monarchy of Zardari-led followers) has been reasoning baseless and unapposite delay for giving appointment letters to qualified ones. Its extreme unfortunate based on savage system of administration in province of Sindh.
