Such a historic decision indeed by honourable Supreme Court. We are proud of them. This is called the real justice. May Allah give these honourable, honest and dedicated judges strength and reward for such a decision based on complete justice and merit.

This decision is a ray of hope for the disheartened youth of sindh
Still, why did not SC do any thing when chairman agha was shown his way out. It would have saved alot of time. Paper conduct hogaye result agya interviews hogaye jb khyal aya k oh yeh to corruption hogai.

So guys cheers!
Written nd interview of cce 13 went to bin. Those who were crying against us(allocatees) are provided with a great chance to sail through.Though final verdict didnt indicate any proof of malpractices, though verdict didnt include aa single statement to penalize the ineligible chairman and members who were paid salaries for their so called unconstitutional services, however, the future of some middle class aspirants is thrown directly into the bin in which SC threw the results of cce 13.What a variety of justice!
Come On guys, prepare for written which u still dont know who is going to conduct.I am sure the people who were crying against us are still uncertain that merit will prevail in re-take but they are happy to restrain us from joining our seats.
I am writting all this with a heavy heart because i had painfully worked hard for this exam but now i am deprived of with out any fault of mine. Its hard very hard to accept.I have made my mind to not to appear in this exam again but will be happy to see see qualifying those who were clamouring.I pray, none should cry again after the result of re-exam.
Mind is stormed, feelings are dying.Dont want to write all the emotional nonsense inside me on this respectable forum.

Four years of struggle ended in vain. Nothing happened to the culprits of corruption, but a few deserving candidates have lost a lot.

Default Urgent response needed

Salam all,

Congratulations to all, it has been a landmark SC verdict against the CCE 2013.

I shall immensely appreciate if anybody could answer the following.

I did not appear in the CCE 2013 exams as I was busy then, yet I had cleared the screening test, so will I be eligible to appear in the forthcoming CCE-2013 exams?

If yes can I change my optional subjects?

A prompt reply shall be appreciated.

Thanks

I am one of the failed candidates, so naturally i am happy for myself on getting another chance, and also because i felt there was something wrong with the written result.

Consider my example: i was awarded zero in sindhi exam and i am sindhi myself, now even with the worst exam performance how could i get zero?

But at the same time i feel sad for those deserving candidates who were selected on merit and there were many as per my knowledge.
I personally know candidates from financially weak families who qualified the exam, and there were many PCS qualifiers who i know have qualified CSS as well, confirming that they were deserving qualifiers.

anyway, May Allah Help Us All

No dear, you cannot appear in the exams. Judgment of Honorable Supreme Court is clear about it.
Read Para 5 of the judgment (according to it 3,375 candidates passed screening test), para 6 of the judgment (only 2,813 candidates participated in the written tests which were conducted in April, 2015). Para 26 (6) makes it clear that only 2,813 candidates who had earlier taken the written tests of CCE-2013 are permitted.
