dear i thought this forum should not be used for rumor mongering. it shows darker sides n discourages young aspirant whose sole aim is to get gob through education.they should not be trapped in pessimism .once these guys educate themselves under this lure m sate of affair would not remain same.

as this post has earned attention n it represent the true feelings of student at street,i m obliged to ventilate my air too.

u guys say that mukhtiyarkar seat is valued for one million that is untrue.these seat r only restricted for daughters n sons of NPAs n MNAs .i can ensure u that more than 3million amount of money was refused by honorable spsc on grounds seats r no more left . this happened last of January 2010 just immediately after announcement of date of test.they r punctual of time .they abide by strict timetable when it happens to distribute seats on ministerial quota. so seats sell has been ceased long ago. i can assure u that most of seat r not sold on money but bought through influence,.
mukhtiyarka is lucrative seat .it is valueless . one million is nothing . if it was so i myself would have bought . our MPS r smart guys. and they should be after all they r running the entire country . but they have to look after their on interest n that of there loved ones. unfortunately their progeny is not so smart ( who knows its their own as they spent most of time in serving country). anyways these sons n daughters have got to accommodated. so how! . golden principle is that charity begins at home. so when MNAs n MPAs get power they applies same principle. thanks to sages.

so most of mukhtiyar seat went unsold.only influential children would get accommodate if what i herd is true.

but one million prize is whizzing in my mind. i thing invincible has mistaken . Mistaken not in amount of money but in hearing post concerned . it in not muktiyarkar post but post of SUB RIGISTRAR advertised in 2009. spsc is currently hurrying up to announce the test schedule. may be in few days u get date of test provided no further political interference n settlement of seat quota amicably . this seat according to my knowledge worth 1.2 million only . golden principle that here applies come first get first . thanks to sages again.

i have already said this is banana country . here sheer hardworking does not ensure success. hardworking is only single ingredient luck , money , influence, also count. chances of success decreases as per decrease of ingredient.

for those who only rely on merit scenario in gloomy. chances r slim. but great news is that in slim chances there is CHANCE that is enough to get through. keep hope against hope.

As I went along the post of cyrus, I thought that guy is the preacher of loftiness of hardworking and is injecting fresh hope in the dejected and victimized candidates of SPSC. He, in his first few lines, sounded the tower of optimisim and was sending clarion calls to the preys of passimism to grid up their loins and not to lend ear to unfounded and ridiculous rumours. But in the end the truth came out of his words "though keep working hard and keep hope in Allah but don't expect anything good from SPSC". This is what all on this forum have been clamouring. The truth is truth. SPSC is a handmaid of corrupts; be it politicians or bureaucrats. It is ready to trade the toils of the meritorious candidates to safeguard their own interests. When vultures are tearing apart their prey, crows also manage to secure few flesh pieces.
Murder of merit is worse than homicide. If a person is killed, all his account of pleasures and pains is closed. But when the merit of a meritorious person is murdered, he keeps on dying every moment of his life till he gets some recompense. Not only he keeps dying but all those around him who pin hopes in him also die. The hope that their son would one day get a job and shed their hunger and miseries.
But it must not be construed that one should stop one's efforts in the face of gloom. Our only weapon in our quest of a blissful job is hard-work. If we lost that weapon too then everyone would blame us for our defeat.

We must be positive and hopeful and dishonesty will never be concealed.

since long this is ur recurrent theme that they can not hide dishonesty.how many time u guys have caught them napping? uncountable time v (spsc) have cheated without any impunity.not a single time v have been caught with few exception of last few year record. in last few years v have been exposed a lot i agree.this was not due wrath of GOD but negligence on our side with bit of overestimating our concealing treats . if some kind of smart guy is put our head v can do miracles n u will never know about it.

for sake of discussion let me be agree partially that this time dishonesty may not be glossed over completely. what will happen then? nothing? do u thing GOD or super power will intervene? u see HE does not, as u urself has been victim last time.

any one who has taken the stance of proving life as equitable n just, must has taken a difficult task. life is never just. here things happen by accident and very much by chance. many undeserving candidates get through , many deserving died as underdogs. who cares?

if u want success easy way is not bury ur head under sand . watch reality. hardworking alone does not ensure success. see ur self ur r flaying spsc here on forum while guy who took ur chance is enjoying somewhere. even inquiry committee including so called independent judiciary could do nothing to them.

so what is key of success it is right question. it is certainly not in waiting for honest people n knowing about dishonesty. it lies in SMARTNESS. smartness constitutes in appreciating conditions n act accordingly aiming at sole object. u have worked hard it is ok it is very likely u get through in this term as u have done in 2002-03. but donot repeat mistakes. last itme u lost because u ignored luch , source , money , n influence.at least this is scientific cause of ur failure.

u have to appreciate the fact that here system does not reward to to woodworker alone. if ur still skeptic take example of farmer. despite of all his hardworking he is improvised.
so all guys who r waiting for cce 2009 result must thing out of box. they should exhaust their all sources ,forces, n influences to get through inspite of waiting for result n praying miracle of meritocracy.

choices r urs . either to wait so that system be changed n than u guys get through OR be part of system n see how system gets u through.
this must be hard for guys who have been indoctrinated morality by books and learnt to live principled life. let me rationalize for them . let me give soothing explanation to them. yar if u dont apply this loss is urrs n of nation . incapable daddys ,mammys son would be selected n they will repeat it n soooo oooon. if many of deserving candidates r selected through what u call unprincipled way r illegal route at least u guys would be in position to not to let do what have happened to u.



what i have shared is my personal opinion . it is very practical. it is not about talks it works. i m expecting lot of criticism on this post from u guys. i myself was staunch meritocrats.but through painful experience i have learnt to be realistic . i have seen many career destroyed with out impunity. i witness never a DEITY has intervened.

Results are not declared i.e; CCE-2008 and Mukhtiarkar. Neverthless, our courts and candidates are now proactive than that of the retrospect. So no clear cut corruption is found so far in these Exams:
