سکر(رپورٽ:شبير ڀٽو) سنڌ هاءِ ڪورٽ ۾ سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن پاران 2010ع دوران سيڪشن آفيسرن ۽ ڊپٽي ڊسٽرڪٽ آفيسرن جي جاري ڪيل امتحان واري نتيجي کي روڪڻ لاءِ درخواست داخل، درخواست ۾ اڳوڻي صدر پرويز مشرف پاران سي ايس ايس جي امتحانن جي اميدوارن جي عمر 35 سالن مان گهٽائي 28 سال ڪرڻ واري حڪم کي پڻ چئلينج ڪيو ويو ان ڏس ۾ سنڌ هاءِ ڪورٽ بينچ سکر ۾ سکر شهر سان تعلق رکندڙ هڪ نوجوان محمد عدنان قريشي پاران داخل ڪرايل پٽيشن جي ٻڌڻي جسٽس نثار احمد شيخ ۽ جسٽس حبيب الرحمان شيخ ڪئي. درخواستگذارن ۽ سندن وڪيلن ڪورٽ کي ٻڌايو ته سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن پاران 2010ع ۾ ورتل سيڪشن آفيسرن ۽ ڊپٽي ڊسٽرڪٽ آفيسرن جي امتحان واري رزلٽ جاري ڪرڻ کانپوءِ هڪ سال تائين پاس ٿيندڙن کي مارڪ شيٽون جاري ناهن ٿيون، جنهن ڪري کين پنهنجي نتيجي خلاف اپيل داخل ڪرڻ جو موقعو نه ڏنو ويو. ناپاس اميدوارن پاران ٻن پيپرن جي ٻيهر ريڪائونٽنگ لاءِ واسطيدار بئنڪ ۾ چالان پڻ جمع ڪرايا ويا جيڪڏهن مارڪ شيٽون وقت تي جاري ٿين ها ته ناپاس قرار ڏنل اميدوار هاءِ ڪورٽ ۾ اپيل داخل ڪري پي سگهيا اهڙي طرح سان سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن قانون موجب ڪم نه ڪيو آهي ان ڪري انهن نتيجن کي روڪيو وڃي ساڳي درخواست ۾ اهو پڻ ڄاڻايو ويو آهي ته موجوده حڪومت پاران اڳوڻي صدر پرويز مشرف جي سمورن غير آئيني قدمن کي ختم ڪرڻ لاءِ حڪم جاري ڪيا پر پرويز مشرف پاران سي ايس ايس امتحانن لاءِ عمر جي حد 35 سالن مان گهٽائي 28 سال ڪرڻ وارو جيڪو حڪم جاري ڪيو ويو هو سو اڃا تائين واپس نه ورتو ويو آهي. هن ڪورٽ سڳوري کي استدعا ڪئي آهي ته اهڙي حڪم کي واپس وٺڻ لاءِ پڻ حڪومت کي هدايت ڪئي وڃي. ڪورٽ درخواست کي ٻڌڻ جوڳو قرار ڏيندي ڌر بڻايل چيف سيڪريٽري سنڌ، سيڪريٽري سنڌ پبلڪ سروس ڪميشن سنڌ، وزيراعظم جي پرنسپل سيڪريٽري، قانون واري وزارت جي سيڪريٽري ۽ ٻين اعليَ سرڪاري آفيسرن کي نوٽيس جاري ڪرڻ ۽ جواب داخل ڪرڻ جو حڪم ڏنو آهي.

Brother it is said in this news published in daily kawish dated 21 july 2012 that some candidates filed petition against the desician taken by Pervez Musharaf for minimizing css age limit from 35 to 28...Petitioners requested sindh high court bench sukkur to cancel order of musharaf regarding css age limit and increase age limit....
Another thing regarding PCS exam taken by spsc in 2009 in which some student did not receive marksheets in due time so that they could file petition in court...now they requested sindh high court to cancel result of pcs exam...
SHC issued notices to concerned authorities like chief secretary sindh, secretary sindh public service commision, principal sercretary of prime minister, law secretary, etc...
