I have just come back from the test of ETO and the bad news is that there were people doing copy and some of them even had solved papers from outside to literally make fair notes from.A Cop was saying 'let them copy yar,kaun sa in ko job milne wali hay'.I still went on and did my complete paper hoping against hope that i might make it to the interview.

Can you share what kind of paper they gave and was identification/roll nos etc fool proof cause there's too many loopholes when posts are advertised through departments

Dear,

There were 5 sections in the paper and those sections had multiple questions in them.All the questions were to be attempted.

Section 1
Write short notes on the following (Min 200 words)
(A)Global warming (B) Life of Prophet (P.B.U.H) at Madina (C) Responsibilities of Excise & Taxation Department (D) Issues faced by Pakistan in the Present Day (E) Foreign Policy

Section 2 had about 10 MCQs of G.K

Section 3 was a reading comprehension

Section 4 was translation to urdu and it was a difficult paragraph

Section 5 had few abbreviations of which full form was to be mentioned

And as far as loopholes are concerned,the biggest one was that they did not check the cnic properly and allowed the candidates to enter though they did make sure that something like cnic is in our hands.

Well ths was the case k was one ov those lucky/unlucky pplz who didn't got the slips to enter the hall. but still i went there. asked them to leme know abt the criteria tht y wud they rejecta person who hv sent the complete docs before the last date.

And the Answer was simple

..... we cannot send slips to 5000 pplz who had applied for this post regardless of the fact that whi wud get them ......

In my examination room situation was not as bad as above. Though few candidates were talking amongst each other but we were not allowed to use mobile or ask here and other openly.

Second thing is that a police invigilator in my room was telling me that there will be two more tests conducted. Can some one tell what these test would be of, I mean all I could gather from him was two more tests and then interview.
Can some one tell about the further procedure of recruitment ?
